Tunde began his foray into practice as lawyer-in-equity. At this formative stage, Tunde was crafting economic and business reforms and engaging the highest echelons of Federal Government. As a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Tunde has carved a niche for himself in commercial law practice.
A very versatile and experienced partner, Tunde pride himself as a solicitor of repute. He provides a comprehensive and specialised advice for corporate clients both from the public and private sectors. Tunde’s strength is in commercial practice with core interest in range of portfolios such as: oil and gas, telecommunication, high volume debt recovery, insolvency and general litigation..
Notable among Tunde’s works is the “Relief Economic Solutions and Transparency Bill” as vetted by the Federal Ministry of Justice (Nigeria). In addition, Tunde leads a crack team of experts in taxation, fiscal policies and debt recovery under Commonwealth Review and Fiscal Justice. In the area of public interest matters, Tunde uses the instrumentality of legal clinics to engage public institutions such as ICPC, SMEDAN, FIRS, FCTA, etc. in advancing economic reforms.
Tunde graduated with Honours from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and the Nigeria Law School.
