Ayo Falusi is an enthusiastic and motivated young professional who has an extensive background in litigation and legal research, case analysis, strategic planning, and negotiations. His practice covers various areas including, Corporate and Commercial Law, Property/Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Capital Market, Regulatory and Compliance. He is a trusted advisor, providing strategic advice to project proponents on environmental, regulatory and Indigenous law matters.
Ayo received a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Ado-Ekiti, and upon the successful completion of his clinical training at the Nigerian Law School, he was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar.
He trained in-house at Ibile Holding Limited (The Investment Company of the Lagos State Government) prior to his vocational training at the Nigerian Law School.
