Ade Adenikinju Esq. is the Principal Partner of CPJ Solicitors.
Ade is a successful legal practitioner with many years of corporate experience both in Nigeria and England. Ade is highly proactive and has an uncommon flair for closing intricate and highly challenging multi-million dollar transactions. He has a significant experience in negotiation of high profile business transaction, corporate recovery & insolvency, commercial litigation & arbitration, Banking, Energy, Immigration and Private Client portfolios.
His commitment to exceeding client’s expectation is outstanding. Ade led the group of consultants that assisted one of the Nigerian Government agencies to recover over $400 million from shipping companies operating in Nigeria and also acted as consultant to a world bank sponsored projects and some notable high net-worth individual clients.
Ade is also versed in cyber law and data protection law. Ade was the lead expert at the Technical Session of the High Level Policy Roundtable on Data Protection for ECOWAS Member states. Ade is a GDPR consultant in England and Wales.
Ade holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from The London South Bank University and Barrister at Law from Nigerian Law School.
